Chef Jamie Daskalis is excited to announce that she has teamed up with Traveling Uncorked’s Lisa Lee to offer exclusive Wine & Dinner Experiences right in the comfort of your own home.  Chef Jamie crafts a menu exclusively for you, while Lisa hand selects the perfect wine to pair each course, for a night to remember.

Gather around your table with your loved ones, without a worry in the world about dinner.  Jamie and Lisa will guide you through a delightful evening of food and wine.  The moment your guests arrive they will be greeted with a glass of champagne by Lisa and a charcuterie board by Chef Jamie.  Your guests will sit around a beautifully stylized table, learning about and tasting different wines, while enjoying delicious food and sharing stories.  The laughs, conversations and good vibes will stay with you.  It is most certainly a night to remember.

Things to Know
  • Host must provide 1 set of wine glasses or glasses to transfer any wine still being consumed at the end of the evening.
  • Menu planning will begin after deposit is paid.
  • Chef Jamie and Lisa must be able to be in your home by 4:00 the day of the event.  Although Chef will prepare much of your dinner off site, she will finish the courses in your home.
  • Dinner may not start later than 6:00 pm, with first course being served at 6:30 PM. Courses are served at a steady pace, serving final course around 8:45 PM.
  • Dining Table and Chairs must be provided for the dinner by the host.
  • Picture of Kitchen and Dining area must be provided prior to booking.
  • Deposit of 50% will be taken at booking, with final payment due 7 days prior to event.  10% late fee added each day payment is late.  Your date will not be officially put on the calander until deposit is made.
  • In the event the host needed to cancel the event, Chef must be notified in writing via email prior to 7 days of the event for any refund to be given.  If the host needed to cancel, 8 – 21 days prior to the event, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.  If the host cancels 22 days or more prior, 50% of the deposits will be refunded.  All refunds will be delivered via check or venmo, within 5 business days. Full refunds will not be given at any time.
  • Once final payment is made, no refunds can be returned.
  • In the event of an emergency from Chef Jamie, and she needed to cancel the event.  A full refund will be given to host in the form of a check or venmo within 5 business days.
  • Chef Jamie will bring pots, pans and utensils to prepare and serve your meal. Please note, in the event she needs an extra bowl or cooking utensil, she may barrow something from your kitchen.

What is a Grazing Table?

A grazing table is an edible, table-scaped art arrangement.  It encourages conversation and celebration of guest around an arraignment of food. Chef Jamie will provide an assortment of hand selected and prepared brunch pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, breads, etc. Along with a 4-5 course brunch inspired menu, served “family style” around the grazing table.  Guest will have an option of choosing a mimosa bar or bloody mary bar to accompany the grazing table, or the guest may opt to have selected beverage creations, served with each course.
